Bayonetta is a tri-colored 2003 pinto mare sired by Nobby, which means her bloodlines include royalty. Her dam is one of Michael Vine’s good mares–a dark bay mare called Mini Mare whose breeding goes back to the Road Sweeper.
Bayonetta’s grand-sire is the Lottery Horse, and her grand-dam is Bluebell. Lottery was sired by Sam, Son of The Old Black Horse, Son of the Coal Horse, and Bluebell was sired by The Old Black Horse. Her mare was The Old White Mare.
A tribute to her father, Bayonetta inherited Nobby’s sweet personality, his remarkable confirmation, and lovely, kind eyes. She has the most comfortable and consistent trot and canter, and she loves to have fun. Out among the herd, Bayonetta leads the pack as she is usually the first to do anything and loves to enjoy herself. Bayonetta has not been in foal this year due to her busy schedule with Laura, her best friend. Laura and Bayonetta have become fast friends over the years, and their sweet bond of friendship is visible at first glance. The two trust and care about each other and this connection is evidenced in their play time and shows together.
